Unsmoked Dry Cured Long Back Bacon Rashers - 250 grm

Our Dry Cured Bacon is made using our own recipe cure that is made in the UK for us. We use prime quality pork and cure it without the use of added water or chemicals.

Unlike Pescott's Dry Cured Bacon, most bacon available today is mass produced and injected with a brine solution and chemicals. This not only produces a 'synthetic' taste, the weight of the bacon you buy has been increased by anything up to 12%, quite legally. So, buy wet cured bacon, and you are most likely paying bacon prices for water!!! This means that you get fluid and or a white liquid in the pan when you fry the bacon. That is your money evaporating.

Cook OUR bacon, and this does not happen. It also means that the cost of the bacon on your plate is very little different, because when you buy Pescott's bacon you are only buying BACON, NOT bacon and WATER.
