Pescott's sausages are second to none in Quality. They DO NOT contain any colouring or preservative. They ARE a minimum of 85% meat, and that's real meat.

Pescott's Sausage mixes are produced in the UK using British ingredients in accordance with all current relevant EU Legislation under ISO9001 standards.

The 1860 recipe sausages are so called because we still use a recipe that we can trace back to 1860.

Cheap mass produced sausages contain emulsified conective tissue and mechanically recovered/reclaimed meat, basically, the bits Pescott's THROW AWAY. They also contain a variety of chemicals and additives that Pescott's DO NOT

These have got to be the best sausages we have ever tasted. They are really meaty with perfect seasoning - absolutely delicious!
