Dispatch Policy

• While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale.
• Goods are dispatched as per the information in the 'delivery' section of this site.
• If we are unable to despatch your order within the scheduled period, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of amending or canceling the order.

Items out of Stock

• We will normally supply an alternative product for any item that is out of stock, or the value of the item will be credited.
• We do not operate a back order policy.

Prices and Tax

• Retail prices are displayed including tax at the appropriate UK rate.
• "Wholesale & Trade" Prices are displayed excluding tax.   Tax at the Bulgarian rate is added during checkout.
• The customer is liable for any additional taxes or charges imposed locally in the country of final delivery.

Shipping Costs

• Standard shipping to all locations in Bulgaria is free of charge. 
• Express shipping is chargeable at the rate shown in the Checkout once you have chosen the method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order.

Cancellation and Returns

• We do not accept cancellations made within 2 days of the shipping date.  Prior to that orders can be cancelled but any deposit will not be refunded.
• We do not accept returns of goods unless such return is made at the time of delivery due to the perishable nature of our products. Once goods leave our control we cannot be held responsible for their condition.
• It is the customers responsibility to check for damage or shortage at the time of delivery.
• We do not accept any returns for goods shipped by third party couriers.

Colours & Pictures

• The colour of goods may vary from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors, and in the case of meat and meat products.
• Pictures of products are only an illustration of the product and are not exact representations of specific items.

Sterling Payment Discount

• A 2.5% discount will be given on orders paid by UK Bank Transfer, Debit Card, Credit Card or Paypal in Pounds Sterling.
• The discount will be applied at the time of payment request.
• Orders must be paid for prior to despatch for the discount to be applied.
• The Sterling Payment Discount cannot be combined with any other discount or special offer.
• Individual products on Special Offer will not attract the Sterling payment Discount

Confidentiality

• All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. 
• Customer details are not passed to third parties.

Indemnity

• You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site or our products.

Jurisdiction

• "Retail" contracts will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
• "Wholesale & Trade" contracts are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the Bulgarian Courts.

Consumer Rights

• None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
